Test equipment
From the product impact resistance, wear resistance, heat resistance of three aspects of testing, the final result
The initial impact energy is 40J for 10 impacts. If there is no damage, the energy is increased by 10J for another 10 impacts. The impact energy and frequency increase incrementally until the PDC cutters fail.
Test Equipment：
The depth of penetration into the granite for the tested item is 1.25 mm. The rotation speed is a constant linear velocity of 107 m/min, and cutting continues at a constant speed until PDC cutters fail.
Test Equipment：
After placing the PDC cutters in a tubular furnace, and heat it for 15 minutes under an air atmosphere,then cool for 15 minutes. Perform cyclic thermal shock testing, repeating the heating and cooling cycle 5 times at each temperature level without damage. Increase the temperature level by increase 25 degrees and continue the cyclic thermal shock testing until product failure occurs.
