Pour s\u00e9lectionner le bon tr\u00e9pan pour des formations g\u00e9ologiques sp\u00e9cifiques, les ing\u00e9nieurs doivent \u00e9valuer six sp\u00e9cifications de base :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mat\u00e9riau du corps :<\/strong>&nbsp;Choix entre le corps en acier (plus r\u00e9sistant, courses de fluide plus importantes pour les formations tendres) ou le corps en matrice (r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 l'\u00e9rosion pour les formations dures et abrasives).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nombre de lames :<\/strong>&nbsp;Le nombre de lames varie g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 3 \u00e0 9. Ce choix d\u00e9termine directement le processus de fabrication et la r\u00e9sistance du foret \u00e0 l'usure et aux chocs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Acier Corps :<\/strong>&nbsp;usin\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d'une barre d'acier fortement alli\u00e9. Le principal avantage du corps en acier est sa r\u00e9sistance structurelle et sa ductilit\u00e9. Il peut supporter des charges d'impact extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9es et n'est pas facile \u00e0 fissurer. En outre, du point de vue de la conception, le corps en acier nous permet de fabriquer des lames plus complexes, telles que des lames plus hautes et des fentes plus profondes pour les copeaux. Dans les formations tendres qui produisent de grandes quantit\u00e9s de d\u00e9bris, c'est l'outil de coupe qu'il faut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Corps de la matrice :<\/strong>&nbsp;l'utilisation du moulage par m\u00e9tallurgie des poudres, la poudre de carbure de tungst\u00e8ne et le liant m\u00e9tallique \u00e9tant fritt\u00e9s ensemble. Cette conception permet d'\u00e9vacuer rapidement les d\u00e9blais, ce qui emp\u00eache le tr\u00e9pan de s'embourber dans des formations tendres et collantes (telles que le mudstone ou le shale). En m\u00eame temps, la densit\u00e9 plus faible des dents de coupe permet une plus grande profondeur de coupe par tour et un forage naturellement plus rapide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lames multiples (6-9 lames) :<\/strong>&nbsp;Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que la formation se durcit, la sp\u00e9cification doit \u00eatre orient\u00e9e vers des lames multiples. Plus il y a de lames, plus le nombre de dents en contact avec le fond du puits est important. Cela augmente le volume total du diamant, ce qui am\u00e9liore la durabilit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure. La conception hydraulique est responsable de la gestion du flux de fluide de forage pour refroidir les dents de la PDC et nettoyer le puits de forage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nombre et disposition des buses :<\/strong>&nbsp;Les ing\u00e9nieurs doivent sp\u00e9cifier le nombre de buses et leur orientation pour s'assurer que le fluide arrive exactement l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il est n\u00e9cessaire, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en effleurant la surface des dents de coupe pour \u00e9viter la surchauffe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Surface totale de coul\u00e9e (TFA) :<\/strong>&nbsp;Il s'agit de la somme de toutes les surfaces des buses. R\u00e9gler la taille de la buse revient \u00e0 modifier le TFA, qui contr\u00f4le \u00e0 son tour la perte de charge et la puissance de l'eau (HSI).
